Suffolk County Council has agreed to freeze its council tax for the third year running; A planning application to turn the former Scarlet Pimpernel pub into a funeral parlour has been given the go-ahead; and Haverhill Leisure Centre has a full line-up of activities to keep children occupied during half-term.
