St. Mary's Church
Haverhill's main church, situated next to the market square, is the second church dedicated to St. Mary
in the town. The original St. Mary's, now long gone, was
situated on the junction of Camps Road, Crowlands Road, Burton End and Clements Lane. Both churches were in use until the sixteenth century.
