7:30 PM - CENTRE STAGE COMPANY PRESENT THE MUSIC MAN

A small town which distrusts outsiders and is paranoid about its young people getting into trouble. Sounds familiar? But this is mid-west America a hundred years ago. River City, lowa, is just ripe to be conned by a travelling salesman who convinces the townspeople he can form a band to keep youngsters on the straight and narrow. Then he will flog them all the instruments and uniforms - and scarper with the cash. He's done it before, lots of times and in many towns. Only this time he falls for Marian the librarian... 8:30 PM - MOUSSU T E LEI JOVENTS

Part of Norfolk Black History Month Featuring lead singer Tatou, guitarist/banjo player Blu, drummer Zerbino and Brazilian percussionist Jamilso. The group takes its inspiration from Marseille in the thirties, a veritable musical melting pot, where Provençal songs could be heard alongside local operettas by Vincent Scotto or the black music bursting onto the scene at the time. This provides the background for their songs, sea and harbour shanties that reek of the briny air, shipyard cranes and rocky inlets. A new repertoire to match the coastline of this part of the world, from Marseille or La Ciotat, a true blend of old and new, local and universal, full of nostalgia and foot-tapping rhythms. 8.30PM : £12.00 : £10.00 CONCESSIONS : LATE BAR
