Car hit by vandalism twice in five days

Wednesday, 20th February 2013.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a blue Renault Clio was subjected to two separate incidents of criminal damage over the space of five days.

The incidents occurred at a parking area in Apple Acre Road, near to Brybank Road, in Haverhill.

The first offence occurred between 6pm and 10.30pm on Thursday, February 14, when a tar-like substance was poured over the car’s windscreen and bonnet.

The vehicle was then subjected to further damage between 9am on Monday and 12 noon the following day. On this occasion both of the front tyres were punctured.
