Drop-in session to learn more about Vision 2031

Tuesday, 9th July 2013.

Residents have their chance to comment on plans for managing the growth of Haverhill over the next 20 years at a special event this month.

The proposals are contained in a planning document which is now going through its final stages of preparation.

If you want to know more about it and find out how you can make comments on it, there is a drop-in session planned on Saturday week at the library.

Vision 2031 is St Edmundsbury Borough Council’s proposals for how Haverhill should develop over the next 20 years in all areas of the community.

This is the final draft, which will go to a Government planning inspector for scrutiny. With it will go the comments of residents during a current three-month consultation period.

You can see the document on line, but it is big and complicated so there is a chance to find out more between 10am and 3.30pm on Saturday, July 20, one of four such events across the borough.
