New award for recruitment agency

Wednesday, 7th October 2009.

The winners of the 2008 CB9 Business Awards care and customer service award have now received a Government quality mark.

Key Education Services is a specialist education recruitment agency, based at Anne of Cleves House in Haverhill, covering schools throughout East Anglia and Essex.

Key Education have been accredited with the Department for Children Schools & Families Quality Mark. This accolade demonstrates they have achieved the highest possible standard of recruitment selection and vetting of teachers.

Debby Dyson (pictured), their director said:“I am extremely proud and delighted that we have achieved this quality mark. It is recognition of Key Education’s high standards of recruitment and vetting and gives increased confidence to our schools that our standards are of the highest in the industry.

"Supply teachers make an increasingly important contribution to the smooth running of schools. We want to build on our success now in providing the best quality recruitment service. To that end we want to extend our sincere thanks to all the schools and teachers who have supported us along the way."

Kevin Green, chief executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) which manages the Quality Mark scheme, said: “Key Education Services are to be praised for continuing to excel themselves in reaching the optimum standard for recruiting supply teachers. The Quality Mark is becoming increasingly recognised within the industry as guaranteeing effective and ethical provision of supply teachers who are so crucial to the lifeblood of schools.”
