Since November last year anyone travelling toward butron end from the bypass would have noticed a new road snaking its way up towards the Clements. This was the first sign of what was to become one of Haverhill's newest housing developments.
Now, ten months later the first phase of eighty two houses on the Suffolk Vale development are nearing completion.
Jill Batten from the Bloor Homes sales office explained that by the end of the year most of the first phase will have there new owners and that the second phase was well on its way.
Bloor Homes use subcontractors from in and around the region on a number of sites of which Suffolk Vale is the newest. This not benefits local and regional economy, and with the building program set to continue to help meet the growing demand for homes in the area, Haverhill's future growth is set to continue into the next century.
