A blaze of pink was to be seen at a Haverhill hair salon as staff got in the mood for the annual "Think Pink Day" appeal in aid of breast cancer charities.

Stylists at the Creations Hair Studio in Gloucester Road were taking part in the event for the second year, donating the cost of hair treatments for the day and collecting donations from customers for the appeal.

Proprietor Stacey Norris donned a pink wig, with stylists Angela Pidgeon, Pam Jacobs and Callyann McDonagh all wearing pink tights and tops.

They hope to raise a healthy profit for the appeal.
