Planners Give Tesco Proposal Thumbs Down

Planners have opposed proposals for a Tesco supermarket, claiming it offered "no benefit to the town centre".
Haverhill Town Council's planning committee recommended St Edmundsbury Borough Council refuses plans for a Tesco on the former Station Yard site because of unsuitable accesses and lack of links to the town centre.
