Police in hunt for flasher

Thursday, 1st February 2001.

POLICE are searching for a man who flashed at three teenage girls in Haverhill last week.
The girls were walking along Bourne Road, on their way back to Samuel Ward Upper School, at around 1:30pm on Tuesday, January 23.
They saw a car parked outside a set of residential garages and as they walked past realised the man was indecently exposing himself.
The man is described as white, 30 - 40 years old with short, brown hair and wearing a checked shirt and white trousers. His was silver coloured.
PC Paul Heighway appealed for anyone with information to ring (01284) 774100 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
PC Heighway said: "This was a very alarming incident, but the three girls did exactly the right thing and hurried straight back to school and reported the incident."
