Police seek man who approached seven-year-old boy
Friday, 18th April 2014.
Police in Haverhill are appealing for information after a seven-year-old boy was approached by a man who asked him to follow him.
The incident happened between 2.50pm and 3.05pm on Sunday, April 13, in Linton Place, and was reported to police on 15 April.
The boy was playing outside when a man came up to him and asked him to follow him, which the boy refused to do. The man asked him a further three times.
The man is described as white, of slim build, around 5ft 6in to 5ft 8in tall and in his early 50s. He had short-cropped grey hair, and he wore a thin black coat with grey jeans
