Refuse bin collections suspended

Bin collections in Haverhill were suspended today (Thursday) due to the snowy conditions.
St Edmundsbury Council said it had taken the action due to danger to freighters.
The council has asked people to leave their bins out and they will get to them as quickly as they can, but that is heavily dependent on whether the refuse freighters can get down roads safely.
