Haverhill's Very Early Lunch Club, organised by Suffolk enterprise agency Menta, meets this week, for a talk on networking.

This month the speaker is Menta's Matthew Darroch-Thompson, who is a passionate advocate of networking, but only if it is done right.

His background is many years of being at the 'sharp end' of business, where networking can make the difference between success and failure, but he will also show why it is important for everyone in a business to understand how to network effectively.
