Saturday will be a Family Sports Day held at The New Croft on Chalkstone Way. From 10am–4pm there will be free entry to football matches, football clinics, sports and dance displays as well as a baby show, inflatables, donkey rides and fair ground rides.

The evening will see popular local group That Eighties Band perform along with Driving Sideways, Ollie Carter, Flux 32, Bad Monkey Driver, Dale Bennett, Elvis 68 and Smith & Weston.

The musical fun starts at 6.30pm and continues until 11.30pm and entrance is £2 for adults and £1 for children.

The second day of the Summer Bash is to be held on the Recreation Ground between 10am and 4pm and will feature a car boot sale, stalls from local groups, a tug of war, hog roast, flower and cake shows, a dog show, foods of the world, fairground rides, inflatables and more!

The Summer Bash, Haverhill’s biggest community fundraising weekend is supported by Haverhill Town Council, Drive Vauxhall and The Haverhill Weekly News.
