Thieves and vandals target cars on Clements estate

Tuesday, 29th April 2014.

Police in Haverhill are appealing for information after a car was broken into at the weekend.

The incident occurred at some time between 9pm on Saturday and 7.30am next morning in Gloucester Road.

The front driver’s side window of a silver BMW was smashed to gain entry to the car and a wallet was stolen from the centre console.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact PC Jack Campbell-Wright at Haverhill Police Station on 101 quoting reference HH/14/794, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

* Police are also appealing for witnesses after a car tyre was punctured.

This happened between 11pm on Easter Day and 9am next morning in Clarendon Road.

The car, a silver Vauxhall Corsa, had the nearside front tyre slashed while it was left parked in the street.
