Thieves continue to target motor vehicles

The trail of theft from and damage to motor vehicles in Haverhill has continued over the past week.
Number plates were stolen from vehicles in Eastern Avenue, Caernarvon Walk and Squires Court overnight on November 10 to 11.
The offside quarterlight window of a Renault van parked in but nothing taken sometime between October 31 and November 7, and over £1,000 worth of tools was taken from a Transit parked in Charterhouse industrial estate on Sturmer Road overnight on November 11 to 12.
The tools included two de Waldt drills and a Makita drill, jigsaw, skill saw and multi-tool.
Someone tried to break into a unit in Lime Grove industrial estate in Falconer Road through a window sometime over the weekend, but failed.
