Two lads face arson rap over house fire in Castle Lane

A second Haverhill teenager has been held in connection with a fire at a house in Castle Lane on the evening of October 7.
The 15-year-old boy has been reported for consideration of prosecution for arson with intent to endanger life.
A 16-year old boy from Haverhill remains on police bail having been arrested for the same offence and is due to return to Bury St Edmunds Police Station on December 22.
