Urban Sports Park Meeting
Tuesday, 10th May 2016.
After a successful meeting on 28th of April, Haverhill Town Council are organising a second meeting on Thursday 19th of May at The New Croft on Chalkstone Way at 6.00pm to further discuss the proposals for a new Urban Sports Park for Haverhill.
Ideas about what the users would be looking for along with information about the current skate park were discussed previously.
The next meeting is open to anyone interested and will focus on the user’s aspirations and the proposed design features of a new facility.
The Urban Skate Park project is a key strand in the delivery of the recently published Haverhill Town Council Youth Strategy. In late March, the Town Council approved the setting up of a group to bring forward detailed project proposals.
