Police have issued a warning not to leave valuable items in cars after more thefts have emerged, linked with Monday's incidents in Clare and Haverhill reported on Haverhill-UK yesterday.

Two thefts in Tiberius Close, Haverhill, and one in Clare are now being linked with the previous one in Clare and the car damage in Tasman Close.

In Tiberius Close, between 3.45pm on Sunday and 7am on Monday thieves somehow got into a blue Honda FRV on a driveway and stole a Nintendo DS and games, and an iPod.

In the same road between 12.30am and 6.25am on Monday they got into an insecure silver Audi A6 and stole a wallet.

And in Daneum Holt, Clare, between 10pm on Sunday and and 8am on Monday they got into an insecure silver Mazda on a driveway and stole a sat nav and an mp3 player.

Police reminded vehicle owners to leave their vehicles secure at all times and to remove items of value while the vehicle was unattended.
