COUNCILOR Gerry Kiernan has become the latest addition to the Haverhill-UK web site.
Coun Kiernan is the former leader of St Edmundsbury Borough Council and a member of Suffolk County Council and Haverhill Town Council. He has been accessible by e-mail and through a web site for many years, but has now linked up with Haverhill-UK.
"It makes perfect sense to move to the Haverhill-UK site, where I join many Haverhill groups and businesses. It is the only place on the web which brings Haverhill information into one place," Coun Kiernan said.
Gerry Kiernan's site includes local and personal information and a monthly update on his council work.
Jason Fitzpatrick, who runs the Haverhill-UK site, said he was pleased to welcome Coun Kiernan to it. "We are adding more local information and local news all the time. We want to be the starting place for anyone looking for information on Haverhill whether its for business, a community group or to find out what events are happening in the town," he added.
